Responsible Gaming at bbk77

bbk77 is committed to providing a safe, fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all players across Bangladesh. We understand that while the vast majority of our members play purely for entertainment, a small number of people may develop patterns of gambling that become problematic. Our responsibility is to provide clear information, effective tools, and accessible support so that every player can make informed choices about their gaming activity.

Responsible gaming at bbk77 means giving you control over how you play, how much you spend, and how long you spend on the platform. It means being honest with yourself about whether gaming is staying within its proper place in your life — and knowing that bbk77 is here to support you if it is not. We treat every report of problematic gambling seriously and respond quickly and without judgement.

We work continuously to improve our responsible gaming systems, staff training, and player communication. bbk77 is a platform built for the enjoyment of Bangladeshi players — from Dhaka to Chittagong, Sylhet to Cox's Bazar — and we want every player to feel that their safety comes first.

bbk77 gives every registered member access to the following responsible gaming tools. You can activate any of these by contacting our support team at any time. All requests are handled promptly and with complete confidentiality.

Limits you set take effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours before it comes into force — this ensures decisions made impulsively during a session do not override the boundaries you set when thinking calmly.

bbk77 is strictly an adult gaming platform. All players must be 21 years of age or older to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform. We enforce this rule without exception. Players who attempt to register under a false age will have their accounts permanently closed and any winnings forfeited.

Age verification is carried out at registration and may be requested again at any point during a member's time on the platform. We accept National ID cards, passports, and other government-issued documents as proof of age. Until verification is complete, withdrawal of funds may be withheld.

If you believe a minor has accessed a bbk77 account or has been involved in gaming activity, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and act without delay.

Gambling becomes a problem when it stops being entertainment and starts to negatively affect your finances, relationships, work or mental health. The following signs may indicate that gambling is becoming a problem for you or someone you care about:

If you recognise any of these signs in your own behaviour, we strongly encourage you to use the tools available on bbk77, speak honestly to someone you trust, or contact our support team. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Take a moment to reflect honestly on your gaming habits. Answer the questions below privately. If you answer "Yes" to two or more, we recommend activating a responsible gaming tool or speaking to our support team.

Setting up responsible gaming controls on bbk77 is straightforward. Follow these steps to put a limit, cool-off or self-exclusion in place:

Self-exclusion is the strongest responsible gaming tool available to bbk77 members. It is designed for players who feel that a temporary or permanent break from gambling is the right decision for them. bbk77 takes self-exclusion requests very seriously and acts on them without delay.

When you self-exclude from bbk77 the following actions are taken immediately:

• Your account is locked and you cannot log in for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Any promotional or marketing communications from bbk77 to your registered contact details are suspended immediately.
• Your account balance is preserved and any pending withdrawals are processed in the normal way.

Self-exclusion periods available are: 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed before the end of the chosen period. This is intentional — the cooling-off time is an important part of the support process.

The following practical guidelines will help you keep gaming enjoyable and within healthy boundaries. bbk77 recommends all members — new and experienced alike — read and apply these principles:

• Only gamble with money you can afford to lose. Never use money set aside for rent, food, bills or family needs.
• Set a budget before every session and stop when that budget is reached — whether you are winning or losing.
• Take regular breaks. Step away from the screen, stretch, and return only when you feel fresh and clear-headed.
• Never gamble when you are tired, stressed, upset or under the influence of alcohol or medication.
• Keep gaming in perspective — it is one form of entertainment among many. Balance it with other hobbies, socialising and physical activity.
• Never chase your losses. Losing is a normal part of gaming. Accepting a loss and walking away is always the right decision.

Gaming should add to your life, not take from it. If you ever feel that the balance has shifted, bbk77 is here to help you restore it.

If you are concerned about your own gambling or the gambling of someone close to you, please do not hesitate to reach out. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All enquiries are treated with complete confidentiality and without judgement. You will never be made to feel embarrassed for asking for help — it is one of the most responsible things a player can do.

bbk77 is committed to continuous improvement of our responsible gaming support. We regularly review player feedback, update our tools, and invest in staff training so that every player who reaches out receives a helpful, informed and compassionate response.
